We have all felt like this at times! There wasn't enough to get the context, but a lesson in self love can be learned by considering the best and worst that we treat ourselves. There's the old expression, "Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good." Life is short, cut yourself some slack, Sweetie! You have done so much good!
