Tom and Laurie - Day by Day

For five years Tom and Laurie's lives were defined by Tom's illness. In and out of hospitals for several years, his chronic condition is now manageable but it's still day by day. Tom and Laurie made it through this tough time thanks to a tremendous outpouring of help from friends, the community and Copley Hospital's Charitable Care program.
