Just a note to everyone who claims that AoS is awful because unlike the amazing Arrow, it doesn't have comic book characters: last I checked, Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Lady Sif, Jasper Sitwell (those four were in the movies as well), Graviton/Franklin Hall, Blizzard/Donnie Gill, Lorelei, Blackout/Marcus Daniels, Deathlok, John Garrett, Victoria Hand and Glenn Talbot were all characters from Marvel Comics. And in Season 2, we're going to have Absorbing Man/Carl "Crusher" Creel, Mockingbird/Bobbi Morse, Lance Hunter, Daniel Whitehall/Kraken, Peggy Carter (via flashback but still) and Al MacKenzie, and that's just the ones we know of so far. Plus, some believe that Isabelle "Izzy" Hartley, the SHIELD agent played by Lucy Lawless, is Victoria Hand's girlfriend Isabelle who appears in one issue.

Of course, if you think the show is automatically shit because it doesn't have the Avengers, you're welcome to try a Kickstarter to get $75 million or however much Robert Downey Jr. would demand to appear... (that's how much he made last year)

I think this TV show is so underrated. This is the second best Comic series ever so far for me (1st is daredevil for sure) and among top 5 of all TV shows.

Attention Agents of SHIELD fans, don't read youtube comments. It's all just crappy people saying the show sucks. When we know the show is freaking amazing from the beginning. Go to dedicated places like the agents of shield subreddit or something to talk with sane people about the show. Reading youtube comments is never a good idea. It's just a toxic place in general.

At Reddit, where I and others extremely similar to myself reside, we're a Mature community (typically over the age of 25) and we love superheroes and Marvel in general. However, what we do not love is cliches. For those of you whom are unaware, a cliche is basically reposted material and we Redditors do not like reposts! Reposts are for 4chan and especially 9gag but we don't tolerate that kind of behavior on Reddit.  That's why it's a travesty to see our beloved Marvel putting out a Season 2 Teaser full of reposted material from other Films. Since grown-ups like us are the main demographic for these films, it's quite bizarre to see Marvel try to use this banal material that would only appeal to young children. Ciao.

im really excited for this season, yeah first half had a rough start but it got way better towards the middle and end, considering the time change for this season and everything thats happened and tons of questions that need answering, i hope it will carry on improving, because it has a lot of  potential.

Man I love the haters! They compare this little gem to Arrow? ''scratch one rich guy off my list every single fu***ng week'' Arrow? Maybe it's not that in season 2, I only watched season 1, but Arrow provided nothing except the action part. Nothing interesting, nothing surprising, no humor, no depth, just the action. But for most people, that's what they want.

Season 1 of Agents of SHIELD, beats Season 1 of Arrow in every aspect EXCEPT the action. Just call me when Arrow does something no viewer can see coming (like Ward's betreyal in SHIELD), then MAYBE we can talk!

New shows take some time to come in to their own and find their footing.. This show really did a 180 after the Winter Soldier and I for one am excited to see what comes next.

I like this tv show because it runs on its on plot. It doesn't have to rely on the mcu to gain viewers or have heroes like cap or ironman having cameos in. I consider Nick Fury and Maria Hill's cameos necessary since hovering in the centre of SHIELD, whereas the Avengers have their own agendas and stuff to save (exception of Cap in his second movie). The tv series also focuses on the deeper levels of SHIELD (with the exception of Skye and 'sort-of' Fitz and Simmons)  and the tv series is called Marvel's AGENTS of SHIELD, not the Superheroes of SHIELD. This does not mean that I don't support the tie in's of thor 2 and cap 2. Those were excellent.

If you where more mature you would understand the bushido/warrior-code he is saying. This isnt about just killing, but perceiving the memory of their  fallen. I have seen people fall but I never forget them, I will fight on, just like this show.  Looking forward to when Agents of shield starts.
