Min 1:55. You said you borrowed $100K, fixed up the property, got a loan for $100K and you were able to get your money back. I dont understand it. How does that mean you got your money back? As I understand, you owe the bank $200K now. Would it be possible to please explain it more clearly?

You're saying 20 houses gets you $7k a month in cash flow... is that even worth it? Being the landlord for 20 houses seems like a ton of work for $7k a month in return. Doesn't seem like it would be very "passive" managing that many tenants and properties. Seems like a lot of trouble for $350/house/month in cashflow? Am i missing something?

Ive done 4 BRRRRs with my brother in our corp. He have 6 mortgages including our primary homes. #5 we are hitting our financing wall. Debt to income ratio. We re increasing our income 10k each to acquire more, but even after 10 how did you overcome the debt to income financing wall?
