Dimash does it live on stage compared to most of this other musicians doing it in the studio. Plus it's not just about he's range, he is way more versatile as he can change register at ease. He's unique.

Dimash didn’t slide up to D8(in unforgettable day song), he just hit it, which is, imo, very difficult to do and ridiculously impressive, not to mention that he sustained that note . Dimash is just unreal.

The biggest difference between Dimash and all the other vocalists is, he sustained that note in perfect pitch. All the others who achieved the highest notes couldn't hold their note but briefly. Not that Dimash's D8 is something a song writer would or could use, it's just interesting how many are applauded for their one high whistle note that in reality ain't much to speak of. Dimash's range and perfect pitch is also far different than all other singers save Minnie Riperton and Mariah Carey. Dimash is in a place all his own.

Dimash deffinetly took the cake with that D8. I don't think any other singer on this planet at the moment can sing such a powerful whistle in the 8th octave, especially not with vibrato, nor hold it that long.

Biggest difference of dimash is his ability to manage those notes all of them in one song in live performance everytime we see

F6 - Female (bright and agile)
F#6 - Female (Tori’s whistles are awesome, controlled and so pleasant!)
G6 - Male (little bit scratchy but with good runs)
G#6 - Male (Shoshana’s was pure yell, male was great!)
A6 - Female (omg Jennifer that was so angelic)
Bb6 - Female (Mariah is queen of whistles, amazing amazing, Alex’s whistle was screamy and not pleasant to listen to)
B6 - Male (softer and lighter)
C7 - Female (more effortless)
C#7 - Male (little bit better tone, bright and smooth)
D7 - Male (great vibrato)
Eb7 - Female (that little boy’s whistle was very nice, but scratchy and cracky)
E7 - Female (Ariana shines!)
F7 - Female (sustained and powerful)
F#7 - Female (more agile)
G7 - Male (that lady’s whistles was AWESOME, but Adam Lopez has even better whistles, very well controlled, bright and light)
G#7 - Female (great melismas and vibrato)
A7 - Female (clear and with amazing glissando)
Bb7 - Female (incredible agility)
B7 - Male (peaked, incredible)
C8 - Male (gorgeous vibrato)
C#8 - Male (longer and more controlled)

Dimash isn’t a gimmick. He is real with beautiful tones.

C'MON GUYS...Dimash is the only human being who could hit and sustained D8 note with a vibrato on a live concert performance in the history of mankind.And his low note as well is down to the deepest part of the ocean...Dimash conquers almost all vocal registers...that's a fact as proven by YouTube videos..So thanks YouTube for showcasing Dimash's unmatched vocal prowess!

Dimash has the widest range if I am not mistaken, and he add vibrato and bend to that D8 which is the best D8 so far
