Hello friends today I am sharing a new recipe of pui shak/ Malabar spinach.
pui shak er chyachra/chhyachra is made with fresh fish head(of katla,rohu, bhetki,hilsa). chhyachra is a much loved special recipe of Bengalis.It has a high amount of protein for a plant and is also a good source of magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.

pui shak/Malabar spinach -1bunch
pumpkin -1 cup
potato -2 medium
brinjal
chopped cabbage -1 cup
pointed gourd/parwal -2-3
mustard oil -1/2 cup
onion -1 medium
bay leaves
dry red chilli
panch phoron
salt
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
cumin powder
coriander powder
onion, ginger and garlic paste
