মাছের মাথা দিয়ে পুঁইশাক

Rohu fish head
Pumpkin 250 grams
Potato 2 medium size
Onion 2
Bay leaves 1
Whole red chili 2
Panch foron little (Five seasoning spices)
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Whole cumin ¼ tbsp
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Cinnamon 1
Fry this in a pan without oil and make it powder
Always try to make this before cooking; it will bring very nice smell
Sugar ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
Gram- soak it before cooking
