It's just having been through so much trauma, you begin to intelligently clam up to avoid more trauma until it's safe to release. I feel Spiritbox delves into an almost ptsd esque theme with hopeful undertones in this one. Not to mention that breakdown is criminal in art. Love you Spiritbox!
