I dunno but based on my observation, i see more rich people eating in fancy restaurants got cancer, i live in a poor country, i see a lot of homeless people with nothing to eat and they've been fine for many years now

Nice, a very detailed explanation regarding the topic 😁. Include a dietician -- very nice advice specially for not so rich people like me, imho.

I have found Dietitians haven’t kept up, with the latest research and weren’t at all helpful when I saw them.

Diabetes is a $200 billion business a year do you think doctors want to give you the right diet so you wouldn't reverse it

That's so true partly where the blood sugar CAN drop too low not a doctor I would not suggest fasting for that long its not really necessary (key) here you want all that stored sugar and fat deposits out of your body right! In the long haul need to adopt a healthy lifestyle change quick! to keep A1-c lower first SEE YOUR doctor before testing any food changes ok what I did was I completely stop eating breads, sweets stopped eating any high Carbs when starting for a few months like 2-3 months I baked steamed, boiled, or Air fried foods do not over cook foods try to keep it moist & tasting also I Avoided all white rices even brown, no sweet/white potatoes, corn again no high Carbs!! instead I ate fish like salmon, tuna, turkey, farm raised chicken, moderate sm amt. of grass fed lean beef for protein limit red meats for side dishes I ate low sugar fruits, green veggies, lentils, quinoa, & couliflower-rice before cooking drained & squeeze as much water as possibly steam for 51/2 mins the best way I pumped up the flavor I added Pasture Raised original Ghee butter "Vital Farms" I use a teaspoon amt. added 1-2 dash of sea salt my goals is "low glycemic" also no sugar free product drinks of any kind consume water it will help you cleanse & flush out your body and during the night time drink this Tea I drank a cup of pure green Tea my staple! I add only teaspoon of Apple cedar vinegar (with the mother) a teaspoon of "Raw" Honey to cut bitter taste plzs comment your results on this page hope you see positive results you can gradually add healthy low glycemic foods, fruits, & veggies that won't spike up your glucose levels thru the roof afterward walknig-in-place for 10 mins or take a 10 min quick walk after meals really great circulation also speeds up your metabolism I've lost a lot of weight, have more energy my thinking is much more clear because my body is no longer clogged with all those heavy bAd CArbs so EviCt that ugly diabetes from robbing your life!

I think this person is crazy. Lack of a better word. Because if you are diabetic and you have high blood sugar. If doing intermittent fasting will make your blood sugar go down you have accomplished what you're trying to do. Now if you have type 1 diabetes Maybe that's what you talkin about or she just crazy.

Type 1 diabetics should tread lightly with fasting, I think, but I don't see what's wrong with a Type 2 diabetic at least trying it!

Ask dr for intermittent fasting? Dr will never suggest this. All dr I visited said diabetes is non curable and I have to live with it for rest of my life. With life style change I was able to get my diabetes down.

Hi everyone, I'm Jack and I have type 2 diabetes....LOL...sound like a 12 step so I have watched this video and I have read many comments about type 2 diabetes and if it's safe to fast at times or not. I do feel I can benefit from this, however, fasting means "NO" food intake, however what about fluid intake? I know the water of course can't be skipped, however what about protein shakes, or vegetable juices? Now, I know this will not be considered a full fledge fasting consideration but I'm not looking to drastically go full boar into the abyss of a failed tempted to suddenly find myself at the shaking point with my low blood sugar with my medication I take every day. So to gradually take control but be safe at the same time would probably be the wisest way for me to do this. So, I understand no sugary drinks and sugar-free products, but I want to adopt this process in a life-changing way. Something I can do day in and day out without giving up. I know if I cut one meal out a day this might be a shock to my sugar levels. So how to slowly do this with a meal supplement? I'm not looking to diet, although this is what I really need...LOL. However, with my everyday life, I need to adopt a new way of getting a healthy balance and not a FAD weight loss gimmick. So I find myself in the middle of being real to myself and sticking to something I can do every day and something that would never work long term. Can anyone share what meal supplement would be best for a person with type 2 diabetes who can't fast as most people can? Sorry, I didn't mean to drag this out.

I have become of the mind that if you are not fit, you should not be considered a health expert.

The truth about diabetes is... this woman hasn't the slightest idea what she's talking about.

Regardless of what else is said: If you are taking insulin you should probably only fast under very strict supervision.

I'm vegetarian with type 2 diabetes. With my medication I go into hypoglycemia if I don't eat the frequent small portions. I don't think I could fast. Actually, fasting and eating big meals is what made me gain weight in the first place.

Then again she only talks about "internim" fasting...what ever that is lll

Not helpful. The basic message is to consult your physician.

I’m not a doctor but I’m very health wise educated and I can’t fathom that anyone would recommend intermittent fasting for a diabetic. To me this just spelled STUPID! If low blood sugar could kill you, why take the risk?! Why not go w a smart low carb diet such as paleo, keto or atkins instead. I’m so glad this video exposes the risk. I would never do this intermittent thing as a pre diabetic. I don’t even fast on y kippor. Dumb idea. THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!
