Dynatrap XL Mosquito Trap - 48 Hour Use Review (How did it do?)

Dynatrap XL Mosquito Trap review works amazingly well, especially with the Dynatrap Mosquito bait you place in the machine. I always used Off Mosquito Fogger insect spray and have spent a fortune on many cans over the years. This device allows me not to spray my garden with mosquito poison anymore.

We’ve got one, it works great! Keep it on 24/7. Dead bugs can’t lay more eggs which will reduce the population significantly. Try to get it out on the porch in early spring when their eggs start hatching.

The 1 acre one took longer to clear the mosquitoes, then a smaller one. My neighbors must be happy. It took about a month for me to walk outside without a shirt, but only a week for the smaller one. I think the bigger unit is attracting mosquitoes from a larger area, so it took longer to clear.

I have one of these and I wasn't happy with it. I don't think it killed any mosquitoes, but it killed many lacewing bugs which are beneficial insects. I just unplugged it and no longer use it.

Just a question of logic, if the light product CO2 how does that come out the top and not get sucked down by the fan?

Thanks so much! How important is it to use the lure? Is it also effective without the lure? Is it true that it also gets pollinators?

Oh so the mosquito lure smells like bad body odor? Well at least now I know why I attract more mosquitoes than others

I have one and it has been running for almost 2 weeks. There MIGHT BE a 50 or so dead mosquito's, but probably not that many. Moths? It is the destroyer of moths, no doubt. Seems like it attracts everything BUT mosquito's. But that is what I bought it for-blood suckers. It will be going back to Amazon, and I do not recommend this product if you are trying to catch mosquito's. And yes, I have their bait, isn't doing crap. Do not recommend.

Why would insects that feed on blood and have 0% of their lives underground be attracted to UV lights?
They wouldn’t and they aren’t.
Harmless insects, on the other hand, LOVE those.

I could identify a total of zero mosquitoes inside that trap.

Bunch of crap! Replacement bulbs are $30 for two. and they charge you $27 dollars to ship them!!! >:(
