Since 1913, The University of Western Australia's teachers, researchers and graduates have made a huge contribution to our State, the nation, and the world.
UWA has skilled the creators of some of our most enduring landmarks, facilities, and buildings. Its research has been behind many of the major innovations which have helped build our State.
It has supported the drivers of leading resource projects,founded the State's largest annual cultural festival, and produced the innovators responsible for some of the world's
great scientific breakthroughs and outback health services.
In this our centenary, WA now has a university ranked in the world's Top 100
and is working to help all Western Australians enjoy an even bigger, brighter and more rewarding future.
