I might try this Wrinkle Paste for my English bulldog. Skins problems are elsewhere in his case (under the right front paw), but I dont want to neglect anything.

Wipe away excess? It looks like you entirely removed what you just applied. I've tried large and small amounts of this on my dog and it doesn't help at all unfortunately. If anything it seems to create more moisture in my dog's wrinkles.
