I loved todays format and seeing you take notes as you go. I love how you break it down into easy to understand and applicable chunks. Whatever happens in life, I just know God has got me and I can get through - we were never guaranteed an easy passage, but we were guaranteed to have God with us through it all, helping, strengthening and carrying those burdens for me. I would naturally turn to anxiety and worry, but I have to train myself to not focus on the circumstances, but focus on God and still looking for joy or peace despite what I see with my natural eye.

I've asked those questions myself. I've lived in chronic pain for 10 yrs, rarely sleep, have autoimmune disorders, my youngest son has health issues & I'm taking care of my boys alone. Many days are hard & rather my trials are punishment or just natural life, I still praise God everyday. I'm alive & I've got my kids therefore, I am blessed!❤

My family is going threw hard times and my mind was in a bad place. I told my husband I feel like I'm in a Job situation...I was feeling Empty, I weep and weep. I finally got the strength to ask God for a Word. On tonight I searched for answers and came across you. I very cautious who I want and listen to especially in these times. Listening to this have lifted my spirit some. I Pray once I get threw the whole book, I will see a new me and look at what I'm going threw differently! Thanks again!
