Well, here in India, we eat fennel seeds after a good meal or, a condiment made with betel leaves. They supposed to help digestion and also leave some flavour in the mouth. I was always told to brush twice daily for good oral health. I wonder what affect the tooth pastes havenon us?

It depends on the amount of sodium fluoride within' the mouth wash, it shuld contain 0.2% sodium fluoride, and not 0.02%, reason why:
to not fry away the enamel-strengthening fluoride.
