While installing RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tool) you may come across error message as stated above. In order to fix this issue, you have to run "Windows Update" service. "wuauserv" is the alias name for Windows Update service. You can configure it by using command prompt with admin privileges or you can use services MMC snap-in to fix this issue.
