Unions want SAA's Business Rescue Practitioners removed

Trade union Numsa and the South African Cabin Crew Association are heading to court in a bid to remove SAA's Business Rescue Practitioners. This follows an announcement this afternoon that the struggling airline will suspend all its local routes - except Johannesburg to Cape Town - at the end of the month. In a statement, SAA and the Business Rescue Practitioners say everything is being done to limit job losses. However, the unions say the move could result in 3000 job cuts.
