It turned out AMAZING, Liz !!!... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!... I did something similar to yours this Summer.... I found a 4-drawer box that was made out of rough, raw, wood at a flea market, and I turned it into an old, primitive, sewing box... I printed out aged-looking labels that I found online, stained them with some water and walnut crystals, and modpodged them on the fronts of the drawers, and I bought a package of natural wood drawer pulls for it and stained them... I have to say that it turned out just ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !!!... It looks like it came straight out of the 1800's, which suits my primitive decorating style perfectly !!!... I even SHOCKED MYSELF on how well that this piece turned out !!!... I am just so PROUD of it !!!... So, I guess GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE, huh ???... LOL 💟💟💟

I love these drawers. I used to have them over 20 years ago and then they were gone for the longest time. I had no idea they were back. Such a great idea, got to get me some of that paint.

I have one of these Ikea storage drawer boxes from some 20 yrs ago that I painted to match my decor in my old townhome. Think it’s time to give it a makeover and start using it again so I can store & organize some of my Dollar Tree ribbons and twine so I can see what I have! Thanks for sharing! ~Mellissa
