In a conversation recorded this summer, Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore speaks to Paul Lewis of the Guardian about the Ten Commandments, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.

Roy Moore is stating that he learned Russian how many years ago at West Point? More than 40? That rolled off his tongue a little too readily for my taste. Recent practice, perhaps? Moore also used the same talking point that Trump used equating Russia doing bad things like US. This is all very troubling.

What I would like someone to ask him about the 10 Commandments, does he think that there should be laws against making graven images? How about laws punishing people who don't remember the Sabbath day, and don't keep it holy? If you covet your neighbor's property, should that be a crime, and if so what should the penalty be? The other question is why the Commandments don't include a prohibition on slavery, or beating your wife and children?

McCarthyism at its very worst in 2017. One nitpick I had with Moore's criticism of USA... It should have been foreign policy he attacked but knowing he's an old school republican of course it's all about gay marriage... I didn't like that.

That said I intensely dislike his sexual deviance, total hypocrite. I won't care much if he loses, which is likely.

agree with Roy about America promoting bad things.. I wouldn't throw the gay marriage thing out there (even tho I agree, I would keep to myself).. Instead I would talk about our ties with Saudi Arabia, and our ginormous debt to China thats growing every year, while they are getting more powerful.
