Great Job on analysis. SPG was one of contrarian plays of 2020. Especially it was below book value back in April 2020. Problem is how younger generation will approach mall shopping ? My target is $120 and I will roll over into travel stocks as I see travel recovering after than retail. Please do an analysis of Boeing and Airbus. Big companies with moats that are still undervalued. Air travel will come back with vengeance.
