The black guy definitely works for a think tank in London. He reads exactly from the script

Adetunji needs to be educated. I think TRT is better to bring someone in Africa in the panel than bringing some who live outside Africa to talk about what he hears from the media he consumes.

The West has been in Africa for centuries, but Africa didn’t see much development until China stepped in.

Now the West will be start investing like they care, but all they will do is try to lecture African countries not to trade with China.

The White Skin colonised Africa, not China. In fact, China was a victim of Western Colonialism. British took Hong Kong, Portugal took Macao.

After WW2, China was even poorer than some African countries.

China is not responsible for bad things happened historically in Africa, nor responsible for current situation in Africa too.

This UK black analyst asking why China is helping the hungery people in Nigeria?

Maybe he should ask why Nigeria as a sovereign state is not helping its own people? Was that China‘s fault now? How stupid.

When China goes to Africa they get hospitals -when the US goes to Africa they get a lecture.

9:00 This guy blaming China not buying goods from Africa? China market is open but your products must be good enough to compete with other countries. I can buy oranges from South Africa along side US, Australia etc. Grapes and Avocades from South Africa are getting markets here too, because they are good enough.
China has always say its your country. China is not going take over the country and dictate how to run the country like the West does. Africa can sure stand on their own feet.
China can help, but whether things can be improved rely upon the decisions and the hard work on the people there.

I’m watching this from Nigeria and can’t even feel proud of my fellow Nigerian in this video called Adetunji 😢. The other two speakers are spot on particularly Mr Alan. It’s an indictment on the African leaders who have refused to make the national interest of their respective countries a top priority ahead of their personal pockets.

It reminds me of something an African leader said, when they go to the United States to attend a conference, the United States puts them on a bus like travelers!
At least when they arrive in China, they are treated as leaders of a country!

I'm a Nigerian but this guy called ADETUNJI embarras me with with the nonsence his spitting out of his mouth if you are saying all this about the chinese what would you say about your master in the west!

Just wow, that guest suggested that China should import a bunch of African cars to China, "even if it is cosmetic". The E.U., U.S., and Canada have put massive tariffs on Chinese EVs because even they cannot compete with them on an open market. No offense intended, but how are African car brands supposed to compete in the most competitive car market in the entire world? He thinks that one of the most important ways to "help" African countries is to import their products, even when it doesn't make any sense to do so.

The more he criticised China, the more $$$ in his bank accounts.
I am not from China. How can he expect the Chinese to buy African products unless you make it better than Korean, Japanese and others. We are living in.a globalised world.

China is buying minerals from Africa because Korea and Japan doesn't have it sufficiently to export those.

It is the job of the leaders to ensure that the population is well feed.

Why blame China when the people of the country that goes hungry ? Why not blamed other country.

Ridiculous. Why is he in this interviews in the first place ?

China has shown the world, if you invest in infrastructure, you will reap vast economic benefits and the lives of your people will improve greatly and poverty will be eradicated. Why China has so many African countries at the conference, China has shown a win win cooperation while the West has done nothing for decades and just criticize for China being constructive all along.

This Adetunji guy is just talking nonsense. China builds infrastructures in Africa, whatever happens to the debt those infrastructures are already established in Africa and they cannot be taken out. Lastly China does not give cash loans, the funds are paid directly to Chinese construction companies to build those infrastructures, so there is no way for anyone to pocket any cash.

Thank you for inviting Einar Tangen, an expert with full knowledge about China. He was on our show too. Welcome to subscribe our show The Bridge to China and learn more. I have bought a lot of avocados from Africa, and I live in Beijing. Love to buy anything from our African friends. I love the African drums, and other musical instruments. Actually, ppl here in Beijing love the African drum performance a lot. U have no idea! Through the trading with Africa, Chinese ppl r learning from Africa too. I enjoyed the show. The host or the producer of this show invited three voices from different backgrounds. The host also didn't sound to trash China like the western media. Thank you for inviting Aly-Khan Satchu, who reviews the local issues. Impressive show.
