You should perhaps mention what the enzyme bromelin is useful for. I only recently discovered that it eases pain and swelling and, as a pulled a muscle around my hip had been bothering me for a couple of weeks, I bought a couple of pineapples and ate them over the next few days. I can't prove it was the pineapple but my hip certainly started to improve from then. I adore pineapples, and always eat the core anyway, so it was no hardship. ;)
