Mino face lifts have optimal results for 2-5 years after procedure, and then will slowly "loosen" over the next years. I've heard some surgeons say you'll need a follow up surgery 10-15 years after the procedure. I think it all depends on the individual, their needs, finances and the doctor.

Sir how is deep plane safer than smas or mini face lift? Isn't deep plane closer to the facial nerves and muscles?

Because I am bald I realise this procedure is more problematic, what do you recommend? I have heard about the platysmaplasty but it leave a long scar below the chin (I could cover it with hair). Very curious about what you think for bald patients.

I really don’t know what this guys problem is but I’ve seen the results from many on YouTube n they are very happy! This guy can’t even talk properly!
