I would imagine that hanging cabin would break off the rope during heavy rainfall because of the extra water weight being absorbed.

1 I like, 2 too heavy, 3 destroys a whole tree, 4 not unlike 1 but less insulated by being dug into hill and less hidden, so 1 would be my choice

Id only change one thing. Inward opening doors are a nono to me . Anything stronger than me wants in, i need an advantage. Outward opening doors gives me that advantage. Id over engineer the door frame to be able to take the strength of a bear trying to push Inward or pull Outward.
