Women's only gym changed the game for me!!! I didn't realise how much more self conscious I felt at base level in a co-ed space. It's so much easier to be consistent at a women's only than it was in a co ed, I don't think I could ever go back lol

If you're looking for an alternative to the gym - I've really been loving ClassPass, but it's been really fun trying different classes and feel like you can mix up your training schedule whenever you like, it's also encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and try so many new things like reformer, boxing & yoga (you can try it for a month to see if it's your vibe as well).

I thoroughly recommend having hospital cover- I am an ICU RN and have seen the worst case scenarios. I had unexpected cancer at 31, and was told I would have had to wait over 9 months before even being seen by a specialist if I had been public... even though they knew it was cancer and could have spread, paying cash usually isn't allowed. Private insurance saved my life. Always have insurance for the things that could ruin you and pay cash for everything else- you can probably afford a scale and clean at the dentist but could you afford brain surgery with cash (if that was even allowed which it's not)- probably not. Public health is okay for broke people, but you have to wait a long time which is dangerous in some cases.

Ella! thank you for the recommendation of the budget planner. I have purhased it and at first found it amazing, however have found recently that it has been glitching terrible for me, not saving my expenses in my yearly totals tab, and not allowing me to copy and paste between tabs. I am wondering if you may know what I am doing wrong?? I have also discovered that while I paid for the download, I didn't receive any emails or account details/order number so maybe thats why its not working for me??

Great video Ella, you're making so many great decisions, they will get you far in life ❤ We are turning our sights to early retirement so are putting 70% of our income into our mortgage. I wish I knew 20 years ago just how little we need to live a happy life.
