The one thing that shocked me more than anything else when i moved to Florida, was that there is not only alligators, but crocodiles as well. And theyre MASSIVE

When it comes to THE SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD, I’ve seen VICTORIA FALLS many times when I lived in Africa. Now I live in Arizona and have seen the GRAND CANYON multiple times. Blessed

Thank you! He was a wonderful person. Saw him in concert in the early 80's and briefly got to meet him. He was very genuine.

Sebastian Inlet State Park. It’s a beautiful place for the kids to learn to snorkel & fish. It’s where the Tropics meet the subtropical waters. Just gorgeous.

I would add Big Shoals and the Limestone Bluffs area of the Suwanee River. Big Shoals is the only "major" rapids in Florida. Another interesting one is the "disappearing river" where the Santa Fe River disappears into the ground for 3 miles and also with some of the more famous springs locations along the river.

I'm glad you mentioned the sunscreen problem for our reefs. I live on the east coast of Florida and everyone I've spoken to has never heard about it being a problem. I'm starting to spread the word so people will start thinking twice and not be part of the problem. Its something that we can actually do that makes a big difference. Where long sleeves and a hat, it helps a lot.

I’m getting a rash guard. I’m so glad you did this. Good job spreading this message. I had no idea all the years of using sunscreen could harm the environment. As a old redhead it’s been literally a lifesaver.

Love this list! Devil's Den now has a reservation system online where you have to reserve a spot ahead of time to snorkel or dive and it has made it much more enjoyable. Less crowded and chaotic than prior to 2020. I'm so glad you mentioned the bison! That's one of my fav FL fun facts. :) I think you did a great job cultivating this list.

The Indian river preserve is a good spot, playalinda beach is beautiful all natural beach, you can see the launch pads for nasa from there. So cool nature and technology next to each other.

I use a rash guard and a wide brimmed hat to minimize sunblock’s damage to these priceless resources. Also protects your skin better.

Nice presentation. Been to a number of places you showed. I’d suggest Oleno State Park. The Santa Fe River goes underground and comes back up several miles away.

I found teeth in Venice! I also found a sand dollar. Thanks for mentioning the sunscreen, people just don’t know until they know.

Interesting list! And Caspersan Beach is one of the nicest beaches in the state!
Big cypress (west of the Glades) is way more primeval than the Glades.

Very informative video, and a great way to get residents to go out and see more of Florida.

Silver Springs, Rainbow Springs are the clearest and most pristine IMO.

Devil's Den is down the road from my house. Devil's Den and the Botanical park next to it has been my spot to relax. Great place to walk and enjoy nature
