One of the biggest issues we experience with local servers or servers in general is the default limits put by the server admin or software install defaults.
As I use XAMPP, I have experienced the 40MiB limit. In this video, I will share the solution to this issue soo keep watching this video completely you will get results.

When you Import SQL files on the Xampp server. You would get the maximum limit of 40MiB to upload the database. To use the bigger database, you have to increase the phpMyAdmin import file size limit in Xampp. You can increase it to 50MB, 70MB, 400MB, and more.

Step 2:- Find following variable and change values as you need: "upload_max_filesize=400M" Saved

Step 3:- Also Find the following variable and change the value as you need: "post_max_size=400M" Saved

Step 4:- Restart Apache and MySql to take effect.
