The fact that in the other campaign, Bodger can summon his hammer back to him at will, makes this seem so much more like he’s trolling Ben.

Just the fact that he purposely losing his hammer every time shows he enjoys repeating the quest like an evil mastermind

plot-twist, each time he completes the quest, it gets more difficult. at first its in the bucket, then you have to explore a small dungeon. then you have to traverse a larger dungeon, in order to unlock a new main questline about stopping cultists from reviving the dark lords with even more power. all because he dropped a hammer down the well

Excellent work as always! The part at the end when Rowan deliberately dropped the hammer pretty much confirmed what I've always thought about these dastardly NPC's! They're intentionally trying to drive us all crazy 😄
