A good warm up drill for younger kids to get the correct footwork down (R,L for righties) while feeling what their body should be doing while fielding a ground ball. Make sure the feet stay in motion when going in and out of the ladder and gloves stays ready to go - minimal movement).

•throwing hand close
•eyes behind the ball
