This is also a story not just about how I met Whytmanga but more a story about the rivalry that taught me many lessons and how I think those lessons can help you in your manga and comic book-making career. I think rivals are important but the message of this story is about growth and how you can learn to be better at manga and comics than you were yesterday and that growth never stops happening and gain some helpful tips along the way. Who is your rival in manga ? And how did it start for you ?

My rival goes by the pen name SkyLordManga. We met 6 years ago at a church and we got along pretty fast, he showed me his art and I was amazed. He gave me tip's for drawing and writing manga. I told him that I'll be his rival and compete against him. He started publishing his work online and soon I will be catching up to him, wish me luck.

I hate when artist nowadays have the frame of mind that everything needs to be traditional. EVERYTHING turns digital eventually. You still have to scan your stuff in, clean up your drawing digitally. Alot of people mix the two but at the end of the day if u wanna work more efficiently you gotta learn to use digital

Posting on my non webcomic channel. I kind of see Chainsawman as my rival, but not in the way you might think. It would be awesome if I also got to try being his art assistant.

Naoki Urasawa had been. And in the format Im going in that may he moot. ( I do 4 koma primarily. )

Young Jump had been what I wanted to get in, but found my work possibly to niche.

I think I decided digital and traditional mix might be what I want.
