I have a car worth 18 and I did the stupidest thing ever I signed contract thinking the car will be 27 total after fees. Turns out it is 48k I will volunteer repo the car. I have not even picked it up from the lot yet.

I live in Texas and after about 2 weeks my car got repossessed, my insurance contacted me saying I have a new claim, come to find out it was my bank that file that claim with my insurance, why is that? Why did they file a claim with my insurance when it has nothing to do with them?

I just got served for a charge off auto loan with Santander, they sold the car to get down the fees, however I can not afford 10grand . This was a co signed loan . Co borrower did not pay . I have 20 days to respond, idk what to do
