Alisha Weir on Abigail's bloody costumes

MTV Movies sat down with the stars of Abigail – Melissa Barrera, Alisha Weir, Kevin Durand and William Catlett, to play a game of MTV Yearbook. The cast paid tribute to their late co-star Angus Cloud, revealing which scenes he improvised, who was biggest prankster on set, who scared people in fake blood and much more. Abigail is in UK cinemas from April 19th.

I haven't even seen the whole Abigail movie yet (only clips on YT here & there) but what I HAVE seen is this little girl's INCREDIBLE performance as the titular character! 🤩🤩🤩 The movie has only been out for about 3 months now, and already, people have been praising her performance! ❤ She deserves SOME kind of award for this ... if not an Oscar, AT LEAST a Golden Globe, People's, and/or Critics' Choice Movie Award, otherwise her 100% dedication of studying actual ballet & doing her own stunts for this role would have all been for nothing! Chloe Grace-Moretz in "Let Me In" and her role in "Abigail" are top tier child vampire movies. The elevator scene was fantastic acting from Alisha. She carried Abigail. I hope she goes far as an actress, and doesn't get type cast to do only horror films.
