1000+HP Galpin Ford GTR1 - Roaring V8 Sounds!

This video shows the debuts of the new Galpin Ford GTR1 at the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in Monterey USA. No more then 24 pieces will be built by Galpin Auto Sports. The price for this carbon fiber-bodied hypercar is $1.024.000,-. It is powered by a mid-mounted, Twin-Turbocharged, 5.4-liter V8 that producing astonishing 1024 horsepower and 739 pound-feet of torque. If you feed it with 100-octane fuel it will produce 1197 horsepower and 887 pound-feet of torque! The top speed is still listed as 225+ mph and acceleration is simply ridiculous: the GTR1 will accelerates from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds and hit 100mph in 6.8 seconds.

Looks like a Ford GT and Shelby GR-1 Concept hybrid. To be honest, I think this car is pretty sick! I would love to drive this in a game like Forza or Gran Turismo!

I think the dash set up is the most unique thing on this supercar. I've honestly never seen component switches in-between the speed and rpm gauges. Also the blue interior is pretty sweet up until you see the holes in the seats.
