Shelby GT350H From 1968 | Hertz Rent-A-Racer

The 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Hertz, known as the “Rent-A-Racer,” was a collaboration between Ford and Shelby American. Carroll Shelby, an ex-race car driver, founded Shelby American to create high-performance Mustangs. Hertz sought uniqueness and approached Shelby to make a special Mustang for their rentals, resulting in the GT350H. Customers could experience high performance without ownership.

One of 224 GT350s made for Hertz, this model features a 302 Cui V8 engine and automatic C-4 transmission. It's well-maintained, with impressive paint and a clean underside.
