I love how Dr. Doom, for a second, accepts that he’s not perfect by saying that he was wrong… Just to immediately backpedaling, and stating that the hammers clearly just cursed, implying that Doom believes the hammer’s wrong, not him.

Weather doom truly believes that or it’s just what he tells himself is open to interpretation

The fact that they tried to stop Doom implies that they thought he would actually be worthy

The fact that he felt the power of Thor for a mere moment shows he can be worthy, but because of his selfish nature to conquer, govern and control. No it is not Odin, but the Hammer itself that deems him unworthy.
1 back then yes it was just an enchantment by Odin
2 in iterations now they depict Mjolnir as a self aware hammer evolved from the enchantment

Unironically, you right now are doing something right that so many other comics channels wantonly forget to; you are narrating in *literary present tense.* Some of the largest comics channels, shorts channels, even some wikis for video games and such, they all explain the plot in *past tense.* But its wrong; all stories in any media are supposed to be described in *literary present tense* as if any moment is happening right then and there, e.g. "Johnny dies" instead of "Johnny died".

When Doom said "My turn" with his face zoom in, it immediately gave me flashback to RDJ Ironman mark 1 scene when he said "my turn" and start using flamethrowers. Not to mention both doom and Mk1 mask look very similar.

Especially now that RDJ is Dr Doom. My mind automatically read that in RDJ voice.

Feels like Doom is indeed worthy, but the hammer, for once, decided to bend the rules of "worthiness" in order to not be used by him.

Doom actually would be one of a few villains I could see being worthy of the hammer when you think about it doom is not really all that evil when you compare him to a lot of other villains. In fact when he rules latveria, he’s incredibly compassionate, his people love him. I could legitimately believe doom being able to lift up the hammer.

Looked like he was worthy, just got disappointed the hammer wasn’t what he expected. He’s already beaten Thor with the hammer so I’m not sure why he’d be surprised

i love the fact that Mjolnir definition of worthy means for what purpose his power would be using for, only allow himself to be pick by those who truly need its powers, Beta ray its a good example, he pick up the hammer to save his people, or captain america, by face thanos even against imposible odds

I think Doom was smart enough not to truly lift it.
There are consequences in weilding that hammer despite having the great powers

Actually none of you read comics….Doom is worthy and has lifted the hammer multiple times including right before this panel in the video! Doom was trapped in hell and he used Mjolnir to escape. He literally tells you he had the power of Thor and ripped out of hell. He just tried it again but he had done some things in between those events and his heart/motivations changed, so lifting Mjolnir again was a no go!
