The Bridge Fire is holding at 250 acres. Residents return to South Lake Tahoe as Caldor Fire evacuation orders are downgraded to warnings.

I have a novel idea to put an end to the California fires. If each state that is consumed with air pollution as a direct result of their fires every year for god knows how long were to fine California for that air pollution. The govenor and mayors would get their act together and put an end to those yearly fires. Proper forest management in California would greatly reduce the frequency and severity of those fires. I have had family move from California to escape those fires as well as friends that have lost everything not just once but some 2 and 3 times as a result of those fires.

Government and Private Companies can make it rain by adding tiny particles called ice nuclei along with silver iodide to clouds, why the method have not being applied here? Also Scientists in Dubai created rainstorms by launching drones, which then zapped clouds with electricity.
