Wait, since GUN exists in this universe, that probably means Project Shadow could also be a thing. God, could you imagine if he's basically like this Sonic, but 10 times worse?

Seeing sonic as a giant monster while still running at the speed of sound made me realize, We're all fucked.

Three things I would like to point out:

1- If Knuckles actually grabs all the Super Emeralds and turn into Hyper, even if Shinic gets the Chaos Emeralds and turns into Super - Knuckles would still be able to defeat Shinic and it demonstrates how superior Hyper form is compared to Super.

2- The Government and Military seems and is desperate, to the point that ONLY the Super Emeralds are a valid option to fight back, the weight the statement "No other means of stopping such a threat" holds is huge when you think about it

3- If G.U.N exists then Shadow could exist too and would be a valuable ally in a fight against Shinic with his natural control on Chaos power

I just noticed how the tails lifts the camera guy up and feeds him to sonic

This can end either good or bad.

The super emeralds are stronger than the Chaos Emeralds, even if Shinic gets the chaos Emeralds and goes super. But If Knuckles messes up and Shinic gets ahold of Super Emeralds..

Hyper Shinic will truly be unstoppable.

1:28 at first I thought that the small black things were birds getting scared and flying away, but I realized that they’re just the tails leaving Sonic’s mouth presumably to find the chaos emeralds hence how Sonic got the green one

The idea of a giant monster being able to move at supersonic speeds is beyond terrifying.

I did some calculations on Sonic to see how bad it would be to be this dude in the helicopter:

So first I calculated roughly the speed at which Sonic left the cameras view and calculated it to the speed process of the human eye.

I roughly calculated Sonic needed about 0.3 seconds to leave the camera’s site and the guy’s sight also so I calculated:

“how fast must you go from being standing still to moving to escape the naked eye’s view in 0.3 seconds with no objects in the way to break eye contact?”

And I figured out that the average human reaction time is about 0.25 seconds, and the typical field of view and visual persistence of an eye, you'd likely need to move at speeds exceeding 60 miles per hour (about 100 kilometers per hour). This speed is necessary to cover enough distance in such a short time to break visual contact.

Now for now it said in the video Sonic needed “mere seconds” to get from Hill top county and Station square in a couple of seconds now I took a leap of faith and went with 3 seconds for the “mere seconds” part and I calculated: “How fast must you be going to clear 700 miles in 3 seconds?”

Now to that I figured that
To clear 700 miles in 3 seconds, you would need to travel at a speed of approximately 466, 667 miles per hour. This is calculated by dividing 700 miles by 3 seconds, giving 233.33 miles per second, and then converting that to miles per hour by multiplying by 3, 600 seconds per hour.

Now for the length and width of Sonic I looked at the video at 0:56 and took another leap of faith mainly with the length and width I filtered down the idea the trees Sonic is preparing to sprint next to are Spruce Trees.

Now your average Spruce tree grows to 15-30 meters so judging by size and closeness to the trees his width is about 90 meters (or 3 fully grown spruce trees) judging by this scene 0:56 and his length is about 105 meters judging by this scene 1:23 (or 3 fully grown spruce trees and one half grown spruce tree.)

So I then calculated: “What would be the weight of a creature with the length of 150 meters and width of 90 meters?”

And I figured that To estimate the weight of a creature with a length of 150 meters and a width of 90 meters, we need to make some
where
d
d is the diameter (width) and
h
h is the height (length). In this case:

2
×150 m

V

π
×
2025
 m
2
×
150
 m
V≈π×2025 m
2
×150 m

V

π
×
303
,
750
 m
3
V≈π×303, 750 m

V≈955, 000 m
3

Estimate the Weight: The weight depends on the density of the creature. For context, the density of a large animal like a whale might be around 1, 000 kg/m³. Using this density:
Weight
=
Volume
×
Density
Weight=Volume×Density

Weight

955
,
 metric tons
Weight≈955, 000 metric tons
Thus, the estimated weight of such a creature would be approximately 955, 000 metric tons, assuming a density similar to that of a large marine animal. (I know the calculations aren’t there but if you’re going to cry about it just google yourself by typing my question in.)

Next I figured in kilograms that would be 955, 000, 000 kilograms.

And I finally calculated the final question:

“What would happen if a creature with a weight of 955, 000, 000 kilograms the length of 150 meters and the width of 105 meters moved at 466, 667 miles per hour instantly in a large American forest?” And I also calculated some scenarios like:

“What would be the distance and damage of the instant movement?

What would happen to a human in the radius of it moving from 100 miles away 50 miles away 25 miles away 10 miles away 5 miles away and 1 mile away?”

And this is what I got out of it: A creature weighing 955, 000, 000 kilograms (approximately 955, 000 metric tons) moving at 466, 667 miles per hour (about 750, 000 kilometers per hour) would create catastrophic effects if it instantaneously moved through a large American forest.

Distance and Damage of Instant Movement
Distance Covered:
The speed of 466, 667 miles per hour is roughly 700, 000 kilometers per hour.
If it moves instantly, it would displace a massive volume of air, trees, and soil. The distance of impact would be equal to the creature's length, i.e., 150 meters.

Damage:
Shockwave: Moving at such extreme speeds would generate a supersonic shockwave, creating massive pressure and heat. This would cause immediate and severe damage to the surrounding environment.

Blast Radius: The shockwave from such an object would devastate the forest, causing extensive damage to vegetation, and potentially uprooting or incinerating trees within a large radius.

Impact Damage: The collision with the forest would result in extreme physical destruction, creating a crater and causing extensive fragmentation of the terrain.
Effects on Humans at Various Distances.

100 Miles (160 kilometers) Away:
Likely to experience severe shockwave effects, such as windows shattering, structural damage to buildings, and a strong blast wave. Minimal direct injury, but potential for indirect effects like debris.

50 Miles (80 kilometers) Away:
Severe damage to structures, likely damage to buildings, and possible injury from flying debris. The shockwave could cause significant disruption to the environment and infrastructure.

25 Miles (40 kilometers) Away:
High likelihood of severe injuries or fatalities from the blast wave and debris. Structures would likely be destroyed, and the shockwave could cause significant damage to health and safety systems.

10 Miles (16 kilometers) Away:
Almost guaranteed severe injuries or fatalities. The shockwave would be intense enough to cause severe trauma, and the blast would result in extreme destruction of infrastructure and environment.

5 Miles (8 kilometers) Away:
Almost certainly fatal injuries. The impact would cause catastrophic destruction, with buildings flattened and a high risk of death from the blast.

1 Mile (1.6 kilometers) Away:
Immediate and certain fatalities. The intense blast, heat, and physical impact would result in total destruction of the environment and any humans within this radius.
In summary, the instantaneous movement of such a massive object at incredibly high speeds would result in widespread and extreme destruction, with deadly consequences for anyone within several miles of the event.

You’re all welcome.

0:57 the fact that how big Sonic is and he can still move at the speed of light is already terrifying

Edit: now I’m just thinking about it since Sonic needs those emeralds…. I can only imagine how much stronger if he gets to hyper, dark or a higher stage
