#3 was my biggest mistake, for sure. But getting taught how to close as part of the normal conversational presentation is key. I mostly learned it on my own (not reinventing it but through books, videos, webinars, etc.), but have taught it to many. If a rookie is taught the right way, well that's how he does it. Today #1 is still my challenge. But us fast talkers at least have different gears ha ha. Slow talkers can't speed up while we can - and should - slow down.

Hey Adam. Thanks for this video! Just yesterday, I went nice guy mode and didnt ask for the customer's business right then. I missed out. Another company walked in. I appreciate your insights on this issue.
When I get a little money saved up, Im going to invest in your training. Im on track to have enough soon.
Also, Im glad youre sharing your lessons from the field so roofing salesmen everywhere can have a leg up.
