My solution, it's very simple in my eyes: Russia will never accept Ukraine as a NATO member, that would be the beginning of World War 3 and the end of civilization, immediately. What would work is: Russia signs a none aggression agreement where Russia agrees to never use force against Ukraine, Ukraine will never become an official member of NATO, free and fair referendums will be held in the Donbas and Crimea area, let the people decide who they want be a part of or if they want to be an independent country ( Observed by the West). After 5 years of good Russian behavior the United States and the West will drop the sanction on Russia.

Putin will not invade if Ukraine was made member of NATO immediately. Written agreements that NATO will never invade Russia, written agreements that neither Ukraine or NATO will not use military forces against Russian occupied regions in Donbas and Crimea. Donbas and Crimea to be resolved only through diplomatic means!

All the countries have to vote a country into NATO unanimously. Vote NO and let Ukraine remain NEUTRAL - It is as simple as that Mr. Putin and Mr. Biden De-escalate the troops on both sides and let them go home and hug their parents and families
