Luis Suárez scores hat-trick in Grêmio debut

Luis Suárez excited Grêmio fans by scoring a hat-trick on his debut for the Brazilian club.

The veteran Uruguay striker scored three goals in the first half, helping Grêmio to beat São Luiz 4-1 and clinch the Recopa Gaúcha, a super cup tournament between the winners of the Rio Grande do Sul State Championship and the State Cup Champion.

He is the best player I've ever watched and if he was on the pitch at Anfield I was watching him! I loved watching the "dirty little tricks" off the ball as much as the skill on the ball. That first goal sums him up to a tee. He has time to look where the keeper is going and instantly knows how to get the ball past him. The third one is a lesson in anticipation and making space, awesome.
