When will the 2024 Elantra receive the wireless Android Auto update in the US? Purchased in November 2023 and was told that by Q1 2024 the update would have been pushed. Still nothing as of today. How can I update this?

Funny I got Palisades 2025 highest trim and doesn't support native Android Auto wireless either. You got to buy adapter and works fine like that.
Also no power folding mirrors. 2 big misses for a +$50K car.

I have a '24 Ioniq5 Limited. It would not connect wirelessly at first and I haven't tried lately in case there was an update, but I had an AA Wireless dongle in my old car that I moved to the new one, and that works great. It even allows me to customize settings like dpi that I'm not sure one can do with vanilla Android Auto.

They're not kidding about the heat when you're running both wireless charge and wireless play, my S23+ got freaking _hot!_
I now keep a cable in the center console at all times, just in case, because it _does_ heat up, a lot.

Rumour has it that if there is a sat nav on the car, then Bluetooth wireless android auto will not work ( although phone pairing for calls, music etc does work through the Blue link system). As everyone else says, this is VERY annoying, and made worse by not telling us. Like others, I have for many hours pointlessly tried to fathom what is wrong, when other cars link easily. Hyundai needs to get its act together.

2025 Kona and it recognizes the Bluetooth connection and BT Audio works perfect, but it refuses to allow wireless Android Auto and my phone uses USB A/Micro. I've seen hints that I'm required to pay form some Hyundai account in order for AA to work wirelessly.

I have a 2020 elantra. Android 14 on my phone. Tried several different usb cables. Nothing works. It's frustrating

Well it wasn't a deal breaker for me I was told the reason they don't put it on the highest trim is because it has Hyundai's navigation built in and why do you to use Google maps or anything else of that nature because it's already on the car I have heard though that they are pushing updates supposedly though that will allow for it because they have had numerous complaints on that

I have a 2022 Kona...connects wirelessly perfectly, no effort needed.

I also have a 2023 Santa Fe Sel and it does not work. it is so frustrating. I have tried with multiple phones, reset settings, done everything and nothing. I have to give in my Kona in 2 months and i think I am going elsewhere for a car

I bought a brand new 2023 Elantra Hybrid limted last year. No wireless android auto but on the much cheaper "Blue" model, it has wireless android
