Ολα τα ανοίγματα της οικίας βγαίνουν σε όμορφα διαμορφωμένη αυλή με κήπο.
Η μοναδική αίσθηση που μου πρόσφερε καθόλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μου στο χώρο ήταν ότι ένιωθα πολύ κοντά με το εξωτερικό πράσινο .
Αίσθηση που με χαλάρωσε και με έκανε να νιώσω ότι ήθελα να παραμείνω στο χώρο.
Ανεβαίνοντας στο πάνω επίπεδο είδα τρεις μεγάλες κρεβατοκάμαρες και η μια είναι με εσωτερικό μπάνιο.
Κατεβαίνοντας ένα επίπεδο κάτω από το σαλόνι συνάντησα ένα μεγάλο χώρο για playroom μαζί με δύο βοηθητικά δωμάτια και μπάνιο.

Ολοκλήρωσα την περιήγησή μου στο χώρο με την αίσθηση ότι το σπίτι αυτό μπορεί να αποκτήσει το χαρακτήρα αυτού που θα έρθει να κατοικήσει.

Ταιριάζει σε οικογένειες με παιδιά και κατοικίδια.

Πολυ κοντα βρισκονται σχολεια, παρκα και αγορα.

As soon as I saw this particular residence, I was delighted with its openness, the sunshine that bathes the house at all hours of the day and the view towards the park.

It is located directly across from a municipal park with tall trees, in a quiet spot in Pigadakia of Voula and very close to the beach of Kavouriou. It is a ten minute walk from the sea and the Divani hotel, which has spa and gym.

On the ground floor where I entered I saw a large living room with a sitting room, a dining room and a fireplace.
