I have a 4K timelapse (3180 * 2160). Using ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 14, I want to create a HD video (1920 * 1080) using the zoom tool.
The first focus frame contains the complete picture (3180 * 2160) and the second (and also last) the HD detail (1920 * 1080). Then I export the video in HD (1920 * 1080).
The video is then however in the end very blurred.
