I learned in the video about behaviorism is a school of thought that believes humans learn through their experiences by associating a stimulus with either a reward or a punishment. This learning theory is instrumental in understanding how to motivate humans—your employees to learn and i learned that Behaviorists assert that the only behaviors worthy of study are those that can be directly observed; thus, it is actions, rather than thoughts or emotions, which are the legitimate object of study.

I learned in the video about Cognitivism is a learning theory that focusses on how information is received, organized, stored and retrieved by the mind. And it uses the mind as an information processer, like a computer.I learned that cognitive learning theory merges cognition and learning to explain the different processes involved in learning effectively.

Thank you for such great explanation and most of all I think that with your conclusion we can say there is no perfect educational theory 😊👍🏻

Cognitivism

It is a known fact that each mind functions differently for its capacity depends on the bearer. Truth is, it works identical, when talking about system. Ever wondered how we acquire our knowledge? The video taught me that in order for us to gain awareness of something, we must first receive an information in regards of it. Then then mind will organize the information, depending on what sort. It will be stored there, waiting to be retrieved. Cognitivism taught me that each mind works intricately, it made the learning possible.

Behaviorism

How do you behave, are you peculiar or just the predictable? This is far from the idea of uniqueness or commonality. The video tackles knowledge on how a behaviour can either be punished or rewarded. Punishment can possibly be the absence of something significant to the person. How rewarding it is to be complimented, it will drive you to strive for more. Words will work as motivation. I did receive an information while watching the video, that the possibility of observance makes the subject worthy of time. That is pertaining to actions, rather than emotions, for actions are not that difficult to spot on.

Excellent. Very instructive, concise and detailed a the same time. Can you share the sources/documents you used to build this video? (I'm interested in the different types of learning theories under each of the three categories). Thank you.

Yesterday I entered in a class. There were students of grade four five and six taking examination. I went on signing in the copy of students. Class four students were from another school. They were first experiencing examination in our school. I went on. A student was confused. He did not give me his copy. Only looking here and there. I did not say a word. Only I took his copy, turned the first page and signed in the place of superintendent. In the next session when I went in that class, the student gave me the copy and I signed. Without saying any word, he looked what I and other children did then understood and gave me the copy turning the first page. What types of learning theory addresses it?
