I loved this video. I wish the transistions weren't so fast though because I had to pause on each one to really read the weight/hp and look at the changes. The sound clips were awesome too.

Even after the 9/11 attacks, Porsche retained the iconic 911 nameplate. This is because while they sound identical, they’re not related in any way and thus shouldn’t have any effect on each other. Plus, 911 is an iconic nameplate and Porsche would never be the same without it, just like the Ford Mustang, which debuted earlier in the same year. Because it’s also iconic, Ford kept it in production and stated that they would never discontinue it, despite discontinuing all other passenger cars for the North American market.
