No offense intended. I LOVE torta( beef cheeks and beef tongue.

When I introduce my non-foodie friends to torta I tell them it's like a burger but and Mexican burger on a yummy bread & BETTER.

No mushrooms in authentic tortas and no chipotle mayo! No signature sauce either! Other than that, looks yummy! Mexican macaroni salad and a M3xica coke would be perfect!
