I’ve got a portion of my portfolio in dividend-paying stocks, and I’ve been rethinking that strategy. But I also don’t want to panic and make a rash decision. Indexed investing might be a safer way to go, but it's tricky

Inflation is still 25% above the FED target. If you think that is no big deal how about your employer starts writing your paycheck for 25% less? See, 25% matters.

I don’t know where these numbers coming from. My city raises my property assessment by over 50% in the past two years. That means my tax increase by 50%. And just checking Redfin anywhere is rasing price like crazy. And these numbers are just 0.1, 0.2%???
