I would consider implementing a computerized inventory system and barcoding every game and every shelf. When a game is returned, it would be checked in by a volunteer and then scanned back onto a shelf. Of course, the day one setup for each convention would involve scanning all of the games in but that should take less than an hour. Looks like an awesome library.

Whew. You have Fury of Dracula. I didn't see it in the first viewing. I had to go back to the beginning and check again. My wife and I will be on the Cruise 2020, and will want to play that.

I really like the photo cases storage solution. Do you have the files/images for the game covers you can share?
That way we can print them out and use them ourselves?
