Bro he’s below Sagging lol he in his own sack race 😂 I was standing at the bus stop a few months ago and a guy directly across the street from me had his pants down probably a few inches lower than the guy in this video and Detroit police drove by in a white SUV cop car and stopped on the curb about 20 feet from him, he got on his loudspeaker thing and said
“Sir, sir, yeah you at Chicken Shack, pull up your pants, upppp your pants” and the guy starts pointing at his own chest as if to say who me who me? I think he was quite a bit drunk. Anyways there was a ton of people outside it was still really warm and sunny out back then and just to see everyone on the streets irrupt in laughter and smiling together was pretty awesome.
