Air Fried Blooming onion | Avalon Bay 230B

This blooming onion is air fried recipe using the Avalon Bay 230B air fryer. This blooming onion is also a vegan recipe and very easy to make.

Sauce recipe:

Ingredients
3 tbsp mayo 
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chipotle sauce (from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce can or sub chipotle powder)
-Mix everything together well...Enjoy!

Ooooo you have an airfryer now! I love mine so much.
For anyone curious of other things you can do with an air fryer: I use mine to fast roast veggies (small-ish pieces) (i.e sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower) and I roast pumpkins seeds and chickpeas in it. Pumpkin seeds and chickpeas roast in half the time they take in the oven. Air fryers are perfect for summer months if you don't want to heat your house up with the oven.
I'm definitely going to start keeping some mini onions around and try this with them. They'd make a great snack I think. <3
