This is why it's so very important to push to remove immunity for police officers and judges.

Sad state of affairs when you have to be more afraid of the police than the crooks.

End Qualified Immunity.

End Civil Forfeiture.

Police pay out of pensions for lawsuits or get insurance like doctors do.

End police unions, city hires police directly.

Prohibit use of or access to military equipment unless in very specific situations.

Body cams at all times. If officer doesn't consent to being recorded or removes mic, they are dismissed unless an independent electronics expert can verify that it was an electronic malfunction.

The only Constitution police can abide by is the U.S. Constitution.

End the war on drugs.

It's shameful that any police department in the US would act like this.

The big question that should be asked in a serious form to any one is, "Why do you want to be a cop?" "I want to beat up and arrest people" should be a red flag.

There is an easy solution, but lawmakers, DOJ, judges, and the supreme court must follow it and enforce it. Zero tolerance for non compliance

This is nothing new for San Diego and all cities in the counties. This has been going on for decades there and no one does anything.

Over 1 million videos of police misconduct and only 600, 000 police employed across the entire U.S. Now explain to me how it is "a few bad apples"

IT'S ONE THING TO HAVE THEM RELEASE THOSE RECORDS BUT ANOTHER THING TO HAVE SOME DONE ABOUT IT. THEIR FAVORITE WORDS ARE "WE WILL RETRAIN OUR OFFICERS"

All of this shocking behaviour is caught on video. Can everyone imagine how many criminal actions against the public have been covered up???

Cops do not have qualified immunity in Criminal Court only in civil court so what we need to do is abolish qualified immunity and set it up like Colorado did, with each officer has to pay a very high deductible and they need to be held accountable for their actions.

We NEED transparency and accountability nation wide!!! And more departments resist it the more it proves we need it.

This is why we need systemic change in our country's police departments...

Thank God for cameras. If only they were unable to be turned off or muted.
